How It Works

  1. Book online or call +33 (0)2 51 46 62 59.
  2. Pay a 30 % deposit of the total stay plus a €20 administration fee within 7 days of booking.
  3. Add options (fridge, barbecue, Premium Pack) during booking.
  4. Select the Serenity Option when paying the deposit; it can be added up to 7 days after booking.
  5. Arrival day: accommodation key collection from 16:00 (4 p.m.); if the unit is not ready, wristbands can still be collected and reception will notify you when the keys are available. No early key collection is permitted.
  6. For late arrivals after reception closes (19:00 low season / 20:00 high season), keys are collected at the bar, and check-in formalities are completed at reception the next morning.
  7. Barrier closes 22:00; late arrivals park in the outer car park after that time.
  8. Departure: return wristbands and accommodation keys by 10:00, leaving the unit perfectly clean; keys and wristbands can be handed to reception staff or placed in the designated drop box. A minimum cleaning charge of €150 applies if the accommodation is not cleaned, and departures after 10:00 will incur the charge of an additional night.
  9. To choose a specific pitch or accommodation number, adjacent plots, or sun/shade orientation, add the Guaranteed Preference option for €49 when booking.
  10. To change the dates of your stay without altering its original duration, email info@laguyonniere.com; the current daily rate will apply and a flat fee of €50 is charged.
  11. Extra guests may be added up to capacity: email at least 30 days before arrival to avoid fees; after this deadline, a €50 flat fee applies in addition to the daily rate.
  12. NO SHOW: if you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and no communication is received within 24 hours, your booking is cancelled and all payments made are retained.
  13. Interruption of stay: if you leave early for any reason, the full amount remains payable and non-refundable.

What time do the campsite gates open in the morning and close at night?

Do I have to clean the accommodation before departure?

All rentals come fully equipped with crockery, garden furniture, a microwave, pillows and duvets (or blankets for certain models). Sheets and towels are not included unless specified, but they can be hired in advance.

How do I reserve the tennis court during my stay?

Tennis court slots are booked directly at the bike-hire chalet on the campsite, where the staff will add your name to the schedule.

Can I buy fresh bread and pastries on site each morning?

Yes. The campsite grocery opens every morning and offers freshly baked bread, brioche, croissants and pains au chocolat for breakfast.

Can reception store large personal items for me?

Reception provides secure lockers for small valuables such as passports, but large items cannot be accepted for storage.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I borrow sports equipment or rent bikes on site?

Yes. When you pick up sports gear or hire bicycles at the bike-hire chalet, a refundable deposit is required and will be returned to you once all equipment is handed back in good condition.

If I re-book while staying on the campsite, do I still have to pay the Guaranteed Preference fee?

No. For bookings made directly on site during the 2025 season (24 May – 7 September 2025), the Guaranteed Preference—securing a specific pitch or accommodation—is included free of charge.
